Well said! It is believed 🍊has all the dark triad personality disorders: malignant narcissism, Machiavellianism, and psychopathy. Add in sadism and he’s got them all. And then there is his budding dementia in the mix. It is a vile stew. That the Republicans don’t ask him to resign is a mystery unless there is kompromat…threats or other abuses.

I've been doing this and keep getting responses from the repub for my district that he still supports the orange menace. 😑

What needs to be added to the 25th Amendment to make it more likely to prevent US from being in this situation again ?

Or, can we (realistically) get another amendment that calls No Confidence election for the Executive ?

Jack Lessenberry's avatar

Not realistically. no. You can't legislate common sense.

Again, you are correct. That was a powerful statement. I hope you scare enough people into doing the right thing.

Or at least make 'em think!

Trumps cabinet is in a double bind. If they do manage to impeach him it will open them up to prosecution for a variety of crimes, some capital, since they will presumably lose their jobs and their protection. There may be a chance, if the Dems take back the house in the near term and manage to appoint a speaker who isn't a complete candy ass, there is the possibility of impeaching the POTUS and his lap dogs.

They would remove him, not impeach him. The House could impeach him, but the Senate won't convict him. You need 67 votes for that.

Any advice on how we begin to sway Rep Bergman in the North from his idolatry of DT?
